We began our cannabis careers in 2011 as commercial cultivators.
During that time we've managed large-scale commercial facilities over 100K sq ft, producing flower for our own brand as well as other multi-state operators.
As commercial growers we understand the challenges facing cannabis cultivators. Avoiding pathogens like Powdery Mildew, Botrytis, Fusarium, etc., can be extremely challenging and sometimes unavoidable. In the event that it becomes unavoidable, one is faced with 2 options. Either dump the "dirty" flower to a processor or utilize the services of a mold remediation company.
When it happen to us, we chose the latter and the result was devastating. At the time, where we were operating, there was only one option for mold remediation. The process involved using RF technology in what was essentially a giant microwave. We gave the remediation company more than 20 pounds of flower. The flower was Grade-A in every sense, except it failed the yeast and mold test. The limit was 10,000 CFUs and our flower tested between 12,000 and 25,000 CFUs. The process they used completely destroyed our flower. The buds turned brown, had no smell, and the retest confirmed that the THC and terpenes were diminished. We had expected them to save our crop, but they ended up destroying it. We later discovered that the owner and employees of the remediation company didn't have experience in the cannabis industry. They had no concept of how sellable flower is supposed to look and smell.
Shortly after that incident we began to look for ways to remediate mold and yeast that didn't butcher the end product. We were determined to find a way to purify the buds while still retaining the original color, smell, and phsychoactive compounds. The result of our research is the process we now offer.
Since we're cultivators we understand our responsibility. We will do everything in our power to return a product as good or better than when it was given to us.

Our fully organic "cold" process penetrates to the core of each bud and reduces pathogenic CFU's resulting in the purest flower products without degrading THC, terpenes, or other cannabinoid profiles. Unlike other technologies, this full-spectrum microbial decontamination process completely destroys DNA cell walls in pathogens through all layers of the cannabis flower using a reactive oxygen. The rO attacks pathogens and produces harmless byproducts of oxygen and water vapor making the whole process organic.

RF (Radio Frequency / pasteurization), which involves exposing the plant material to heat, can alter the chemical composition and integrity of the plant, potentially compromising its smell, color, quality, potency, and therapeutic properties. By opting for a cold process, we ensure that the plant materials retain their natural characteristics, including their smell, and beneficial compounds, such as cannabinoids, terpenes, and flavonoids. This preserves the plant’s inherent properties and allows consumers to experience the full potential of the plant in a safe and unaltered manner, while maximizing your profits.
We've often heard that our process results in a smoother smoke and more importantly, our process will never turn your buds brown!
It should be noted that radiation is also a cold process for mold remediation. However, we've elected to use a different and organic process that utilizes zero radiation. We've chosen this path as there are no clinical studies investigating the effects of the inhalation of irradiated products at this time.
No Heating - No Radiation

Radio frequency or RF, uses radio waves to make water molecules within the product vibrate and generate heat to kill microbes similar to how a microwave oven works. However, because it is dependent on moisture, microbes in dry areas of the flower are not effectively remediated, meaning dangerous microorganisms in these areas can continue to grow and spread even after the product has passed testing measures. Radio frequency may also cause burns on the product darkening the bud, and can alter the chemical composition and integrity of the plant, potentially compromising its quality, taste, potency, and therapeutic properties. Our process does not use any radiation (RF), preserving all precious cannabinoids and terpenes.
Turn times are typically 48 hrs from drop off.
Yes! Unlike other remediation companies, we isolate test samples in separate bags throughout the process, ensuring your ability to submit the perfect sample with confidence.
